DIGITALIZATION & TECHNOLOGY
As companies seek ways to improve operational efficiency, the automation of business processes continues to gain importance, with the biggest optimization opportunities positioned within organizational units around data collection and processing such as finance and administration.

To realize this optimization potential I work with my clients by facilitating the use automation technologies such as RPA and Artificial Intelligence, as well as Intelligent Automation. These technologies support the coprorate operations with a scalable virtual workforce not only by increasing process volume, but by improving process accuracy and resulting in cost optimization.


IMPLEMENTATION
The applied digitalization methodology is divided in three phases from initial process selection and assessment of automation potential leading into the phase when processes are automated and autonomously running within the production/adimistration environment. This enables for a structured "automation funnel" to screen, design and deploy automation use cases.

For a holistic and company-wide strategic approach for digitalization many clients opt for the establishment of a Center of Competence (CoC) to ensure a sustainable digital transformation within the organizational structure. This entity adds to the long-term digitalization strategy by embedding the various efforts such as value at stake, required resources or change management in a unified coherent approach.
